The brand Tennis&Arte, founded by Ana Oliveira and Cesar Sabino, transforms the sport into exclusive art using clay and real elements from the courts.
The Redefinition of Sport Through Contemporary Art
The intersection between sporting passion and artistic expression has revealed itself as a high-value niche within the luxury and interior design markets. Moving beyond simple illustrative themes, the creation of works that incorporate the physical and emotional memory of the courts proposes a new sensory experience for collectors and enthusiasts. Embraced by this innovative proposal, the brand Tennis&Arte, founded by former player Ana Oliveira in partnership with artist Cesar Sabino, transforms deep feelings and the sporting experience into exclusive works of art. Utilizing real elements such as clay, balls, and nets, the project elevates sporting memory to the status of contemporary art.
From Personal Triumph to Structuring a Studio
The genesis of the studio traces back to October 2025, a period when Ana was navigating a turbulent phase and found a means of escape and breathing room through painting. The turning point occurred during a session with tattoo artist Cesar Sabino, when a drawing combining a rose and a tennis ball sparked the idea to expand those lines onto canvas. From this encounter, what had been a process of personal healing transformed into a project with a clear purpose. After weekends of exhaustive dedication, overnight sessions, and rigorous material testing, the duo officially launched the brand on March 1, 2026, with the premise of delivering quality, truth, and emotion in every canvas.
Artisanal Production with Clay and Real Stories
The major differentiator of their production lies in the ability to translate each client’s story into unique visual compositions. With an execution time ranging from 30 to 40 days, the paintings are entirely handmade, with particular emphasis on creations that incorporate clay into their structure, adding texture and the living essence of tennis. Fully customizable, the pieces are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, the authors’ signatures, framing, and glass protection. Emotional weight is the central axis of the curation: every brushstroke is designed to materialize feelings such as love, passion, joy, or longing, ensuring that the work transcends a strictly decorative function.
National Expansion and Focus on the Premium Market
With a positioning geared toward collectors, architects, interior designers, hotels, and high-end environments, market acceptance has occurred organically and rapidly. In just two months of operation, the initiative has already established partnerships with four academies and made appearances at more than eight corporate and sporting events. The expansion roadmap secures exhibitions in major clubs through July of this year, encompassing Playtennis (São Paulo), Matta Racket Club (Belo Horizonte), Sette Racket Club (Fortaleza), and Vitoria Country Club (Vitória).
With established goals for developing limited collections and expanding internationally, this sporting and affective collection can be followed and commissioned through the Instagram profile [@tennis_arte].
